摘要
目的:探讨制霉素联合碳酸氢钠溶液在白血病口腔黏膜炎中的应用效果。方法:收治白血病口腔黏膜炎患者60例,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用制霉素联合碳酸氢钠溶液漱口,对照组采用碳酸氢钠溶液漱口,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:制霉素联合碳酸氢钠溶液在白血病口腔黏膜炎中的应用效果显著。
Objective:To explore the application effect of nystatin combined with sodium bicarbonate solution in oral mucositis of leukemia.Methods:60 patients with oral mucositis of leukemia were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was treated with nystatin combined with sodium bicarbonate solution gargle.The control group was treated with sodium bicarbonate solution gargle.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application effect of nystatin combined with sodium bicarbonate solution in oral mucositis of leukemia was significant.
