复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗苔藓样皮肤淀粉样变的疗效观察

Therapeutic efficacy of compound clobetasol propionate ointment in the treatment of lichen amyloidosis of the skin

目的:探讨复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗苔藓样皮肤淀粉样变的疗效及安全性。方法:收治苔藓样皮肤淀粉样变患者62例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用液氮冷冻联合复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗,对照组采用复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组有效率96.7%,明显优于对照组的76.2%(P<0.05)。结论:液氮冷冻联合复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗苔藓样皮肤淀粉样变安全、有效。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic efficacy and security of compound clobetasol propionate ointment in the treatment of lichen amyloidosis of the skin.Methods:62 patients with lichen amyloidosis of the skin were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with liquid nitrogen freezing combined with compound clobetasol propionate ointment.The control group was treated with compound clobetasol propionate ointment.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the effective rate of 96.7% was significantly better than 76.2% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liquid nitrogen freezing combined with compound clobetasol propionate ointment in the treatment of lichen amyloidosis of the skin was safe and effective.
