腹腔镜微创术治疗老年直肠癌患者的疗效评价

Clinical effect evaluation of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of elderly patients with rectal cancer

目的:评价腹腔镜微创术治疗老年直肠癌患者的疗效。方法:收治老年直肠癌患者140例,按照不同手术方法分为两组。对照组给予传统开腹手术治疗,治疗组给予腹腔镜微创术治疗,比较两组手术情况和并发症情况。结果:治疗组手术时间、术中出血量、肠道功能恢复时间和住院时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜微创术治疗老年直肠癌患者疗效优于传统开腹手术。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect evaluation of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of elderly patients with rectal cancer.Methods:140 cases of elderly patients with rectal cancer were divided into two groups according to different surgical methods.The control group was treated with conventional open surgery.The treatment group was treated with laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery.The situation of operation and complication of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time,intranperative blood loss,intestinal function recovery time and length of stay in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of elderly patients with rectal cancer was better than that of traditional open surgery.
