冬病夏治穴位敷贴联合金水六君煎治疗缓解期慢性支气管炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of acu-point application combined with jinshuiliujun of winter disease cured in summer treating remission of chronic bronchitis

目的:探讨中医疗法治疗缓解期慢性支气管炎的临床效果。方法:收治缓解期慢性支气管炎患者80例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组给予中药穴位敷贴联合金水六君煎治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后动脉血气和肺功能优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冬病夏治穴位敷贴联合金水六君煎治疗缓解期慢性支气管炎的临床效果较好。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of remission of chronic bronchitis.Methods:80 cases of patients with remission of chronic bronchitis were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given conventional treatment.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine acu-point application combined with jinshuiliujun.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The arterial blood gas and pulmonary function in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acu-point application combined with jinshuiliujun of winter disease cured in summer treating remission of chronic bronchitis had better clinical effect.
