苦柏颗粒洗剂联合中药乳膏外用治疗慢性肛门湿疹的临床观察

Clinical observation of kubai granule lotion combined with external use of traditional Chinese medicine cream in the treatment of chronic anal eczema

目的:观察苦柏颗粒洗剂联合中药乳膏外用治疗慢性肛门湿疹临床疗效。方法:将120例慢性肛门湿疹患者随机平分两组。治疗组采用苦柏颗粒洗剂熏洗局部联合中药乳膏外用,对照组采用局部外涂复方曲安奈徳益康唑乳膏治疗,两组均以2周为1个疗程,出院后随访3个月。结果:治疗组治愈率及复发率分别为88.3%及12%;对照组治愈率及复发率分别为66.7%及38%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:苦柏颗粒洗剂联合中药乳膏外用治疗慢性肛门湿疹疗效满意。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of kubai granule lotion combined with external use of traditional Chinese medicine cream in the treatment of chronic anal eczema.Methods:120 patients with chronic anal eczema were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The treatment group was treated with kubai granule lotion combined with external use of traditional Chinese medicine cream,the control group was treated with local topical compound triamcinolone acetonide econazole cream,the two groups were treated with a course of 2 weeks,they were followed up for 3 months after discharge.Results:The cure rate and recurrence rate of the treatment group were 88.3% and 12% respectively.The cure rate and recurrence rate of the control group were 66.7% and 38% respectively.The comparison between the two groups that the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:Kubai granule lotion combined with external use of traditional Chinese medicine cream in the treatment of chronic anal eczema has satisfactory results.
