细节护理在手术室护理工作中应用的具体措施和效果

Specific measures and effect of the application of detail nursing in the operation room nursing

目的:探讨细节护理在手术室护理工作中应用的具体措施和效果。方法:收治手术患者80例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予细节护理,比较两组术中不良事件、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果:观察组手术过程中不良事件及并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:细节护理能预防手术不良事件和并发症的发生,显著提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the specific measures and effect of the application of detail nursing in the operation room nursing.Methods:80 cases of patients with surgery were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given detail nursing.The incidence of intraoperative adverse events and complications and nursing satisfaction between groups were compared.Results:The incidence of intraoperative adverse events and complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Detail nursing could prevent the occurance of adverse events and complications in the operation room and improve the nursing satisfaction significantly.
