剖宫产术后患者切口及子宫收缩疼痛的护理干预

Nursing intervention on patients with incision and uterine contraction pain after cesarean section

目的:研究剖宫产术患者切口及子宫收缩疼痛的有效护理办法。方法:收治剖宫产术患者60例,分析护理干预对减缓患者切口及子宫收缩疼痛的作用及重点应用问题。结果:护理干预后,术后切口及子宫收缩疼痛评分(26.51±5.15)分,其中疼痛感剧烈,对护理服务有异议患者4例。结论:必要、科学、及时的护理干预办法可以降低疼痛感受、疼痛程度。

Objective:To study the effective nursing methods of incision and uterine contraction pain in patients after cesarean section.Methods:60 patients with cesarean section were selected.The effect of nursing intervention on the relief incision and uterine contraction pain and key application problems were analyzed.Results:After the nursing intervention,the postoperative incision and uterine contraction pain score was (26.51±5.15) points.There were 4 cases of severe pain and objection to nursing service.Conclusion:The necessary,scientific and timely nursing intervention method can reduce the pain perception and the pain degree.
