中医特色护理结合常规护理在关节镜下半月板切除术后的应用

Application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with conventional nursing after arthroscopic meniscectomy

目的:探讨中医特色护理结合常规护理在关节镜下半月板切除术后的应用效果。方法:收治关节镜下半月板切除术患者41例,随机分为两组。对照组给予西医常规护理,观察组在对照组基础给予中医特色护理,比较两组术后1周、4周膝关节功能、疼痛及焦虑情况。结果:观察组术后1周、4周膝关节功能恢复情况明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组VAS、SAS评分改善情况优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中医特色护理结合常规护理能改善关节镜下半月板切除术后患者的心理状态,促进膝关节功能恢复。

Objective:To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with conventional nursing after arthroscopic meniscectomy.Methods:41 cases of patients with arthroscopic meniscectomy were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given conventional nursing.The observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing based on the control group.The knee function,pain and anxiety of the two groups in 1 week,4 weeks after operation were compared.Results:The improvement of knee function in the observation group in 1 week,4 weeks after operation was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.01).The improvement of VAS and SAS scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with conventional nursing could improve the psychological state of patients after arthroscopic meniscectomy and promote the recovery of knee function.
