急救护理路径在急诊救治“三无”患者中的应用效果

The application effect of emergency nursing path in emergency treatment of San Wu patients

目的:探讨急救护理路径在急诊救治"三无"患者中的应用效果。方法:收治"三无"患者82例,分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用急救护理路径,比较两组护理效果。结果:在研究组,急诊滞留时间、并发症发生率和费用补交率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急救护理路径在急诊救治"三无"患者中的应用效果显著。

Objective:To explore the application effect of emergency nursing path in emergency treatment of San Wu patients.Methods:82 San Wu patients were selected.They were divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was given routine care.The study group was given emergency care path based on the control group.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,emergency residence time,complication rate and paying the cost rate were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of emergency nursing path in emergency treatment of San Wu patients was significant.
