护理干预在创伤性骨折术后卧床患者静脉血栓形成中的应用价值

Application value of nursing intervention in venous thrombosis of postoperative bed patients with traumatic fracture

目的:探讨护理干预在创伤性骨折术后卧床患者静脉血栓形成中的应用价值。方法:收治创伤性骨折术后卧床患者76例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予综合性护理干预,对比两组疼痛改善情况、护理满意度、静脉血栓发生率。结果:观察组护理后疼痛程度改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度评分和住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组静脉血栓发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合性护理干预能有效降低创伤性骨折术后卧床患者静脉血栓形成的发生率,缓解临床症状。

Objective:To explore the application value of nursing intervention in the venous thrombosis of postoperative bed patients with traumatic fracture.Methods:76 cases of postoperative bed patients with traumatic fracture were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given routine nursing intervention.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The improvement of pain,nursing satisfaction,incidence of venous thrombosis in the two groups were compared.Results:The improvement of pain degree in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score and hospitalization time in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of venous thrombosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention could reduce the incidence of venous thrombosis in postoperative bed patients with traumatic fracture effectively and relieve the clinical symptoms.
