中医循证护理用于呼吸道合胞病毒流行病毒肺炎疾病的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of evidence-based nursing in traditional Chinese medicine on respiratory tract virus pneumonia disease

目的:探讨中医循证护理用于呼吸道合胞病毒流行病毒肺炎疾病的临床效果。方法:收治呼吸道合胞病毒流行病毒肺炎患者210例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予中医循证护理,比较两组疗效及护理满意度。结果:研究组病情好转、知识掌握、住院时间、护理满意度明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医循证护理能有效提高呼吸道合胞病毒流行病毒肺炎疾病患者的临床疗效,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing in traditional Chinese medicine on respiratory tract virus pneumonia disease.Methods:210 cases of patients with respiratory tract virus pneumonia disease were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given routine nursing.The research group was given evidence-based nursing in traditional Chinese medicine.The curative effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The condition improvement,acquisition of knowledge,hospitalization time,nursing satisfaction in the research group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing in traditional Chinese medicine could improve the clinical effect of patients with respiratory tract virus pneumonia disease effectively and improve the nursing satisfaction.
