Experimental research on digital sum-and-difference beam forming

为了研究数字方式下和差波束形成在工程上的应用,利用航空电子系统射频综合仿真实验室内的转台、阵列控制系统、采集系统及数据分析软件等设备,给出了实验系统组成框图,按照数字和差波束形成的数据处理流程,进行了实验.通过对实验数据的分析,验证了数字方式下进行和差波束形成方法的可行性,为多通道数字阵列雷达设计提供了实验依据.

To study the application of digital sum-and-difference beam forming in the engineering, this paperpresents a block diagram of its experimental system, by employing the rotary table, the array control system, theacquisition system, the data analysis software and other equipment in the avionics system radio frequencysynthesis simulation (RFSS) laboratory, and performs the experiments following the data processing flow ofdigital sum-and-difference beam forming. By analyzing the experimental data, it verifies the feasibility of thesum-and-difference beam forming in digital mode, and offers an experimental basis for design of multi-channeldigital array radar.
