摘要 针对目前雷达装备技术等级鉴定操作流程不详细及使用方法过于繁杂的问题,以陆基对空情报雷达为研究对象,构建了雷达装备技术等级评价指标体系,提出了一种两阶段的雷达装备技术等级鉴定方法.最后给出了实例分析.实例分析表明,与未采用拟优一致判断矩阵的传统模糊层次分析方法相比,本文所提方法在逻辑决断的定性判断和改进模糊层次分析法的定量计算上具有优势. In view of the identification operating process of the current radar equipment technical grade beingnot detailed and the used method too complicated, by taking the ground-based to air intelligence radar as aresearch object, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of the radar equipment technical grade, putsforward a sort of two-stage identification method for technical grade of radar equipment, and finally, gives theanalysis of examples. The example analysis shows that this paper has advantages over the qualitative judgmentwith the logic decision and the quantitative calculation with the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP),compared with the traditional method without using the quasi-optimal consistent judgment matrix.
