超材料一维光子准晶体宽带相位延迟器的设计

摘要 为了获得宽频可调的相位延迟器件,利用传输矩阵法,研究了超材料一维光子准晶体在微波段的电磁特性;得到了与入射角和偏振无关的宽频光子带隙结构,发现该带隙中在较宽频率范围内横电波(TE波)与横磁波(TM波)的反射相位差保持恒定.该研究结果为设计宽频相位延迟器提供了一种参考方法. In order to obtain the broadband tunable phase retarder, the electromagnetic properties ofmetamaterial one-dimensional photonic quasicrystal is studied in this paper, by using the method of transfermatrix. A broadband photonic band gap structure that is not related to he incident angle and polarization isobtained, and it is found that the reflection phase difference between the transverse electric wave (TE wave) andthe transverse magnetic wave (TM wave) keeps a constant in the wider frequency range of this band gap. Theresearch results provide a reference method for the design of broadband phase retarder.
