摘要
为了提高军校指挥人才的培养质量,指出了军校实战化指挥教学的指向性、针对性、层次性、规范性、预实践性等特点,论述了实战化指挥教学课程设置与使命任务相匹配、教学内容与作战能力生成相一致、教学条件与作战环境相符合、教学考评与作战评价指标相统一等规律,分析了我院实战化指挥教学的现状,并从明确改革总体思路、强化教员能力建设、推进全面完善规范、解决深化发展难题等四个方面给出了推进我院实战化指挥教学创新发展的对策.
In order to improve the cultivation quality of command personnel in military academies, thisarticle points out the characteristics of the combat-oriented teaching of in military academies, such as directivity,pertinence, hierarchy, normalization and pre-practice, and discusses a few rules that the setting of combat-orientedcommand teaching course matches the mission course setting of the actual combat command teaching and themission and task, the teaching contents are consistent with the formation of combat capability, the teachingconditions agree with the combat environment, and the teaching evaluation is united to the operation evaluationindex. It also analyzes the current state of combat-oriented command teaching at our academy, and presents thecountermeasures of promoting the innovative development of the combat-oriented command teaching at ouracademy, in terms of such four aspects as making clear the general idea of reform, strengthening the constructionof the faculty ability, promoting the overall improvement of norms and solving the problem of deepeningdevelopment.
