不同通气条件对土壤中丝状真菌类型的影响

摘要 以不同通气条件处理的水稻田土壤为材料,通过稀释涂布平板法筛选得到11株菌株;提取这些菌株的克隆保守序列(ITS序列)并对其进行扩增、测序、分析,并建立系统发育树,鉴定这些菌株的种属名称。结果表明:这11株菌株分属于真菌和放线菌两大类,其中丝状真菌又分为曲霉和枝孢霉两类,其中青霉属、曲霉属亲缘关系最接近。从通气处理对土壤中丝状真菌类型的影响结果可知,对水稻最有益的通气方式为白天通气两次、在移栽前和分糵期通入0.3‰的H2O2。 Took the paddy soil as material, treated with different ventilation conditions and 11 strains were screened by dilution coatingplate method; cloning and sequence (ITS sequence) of these strains were amplified, sequenced and analyzed, and phylogenetic tree wasestablished to identify the species of these strains. The results showed that the 11 strains were divided into fungi and actinomycetes, andfilamentous fungi were divided into two groups: Aspergillus and Cladosporium, among them, the genetic relationship of the genus andAspergillus was the closest. From the results of treatment effects of filamentous fungi type in the soil, the most beneficial ventilationmethod for rice was twice during the day, transplanting and tillering stage bubbled into 0.3 ‰ of H2O2.
