茶叶提取物的美白作用及其机理研究进展

Research Progress in the Skin Whitening Effect and Mechanism of Tea Extract

茶叶是一种可以保健和预防人体疾病的健康食品,具有广泛的生物活性成分。整理归纳了近几年国内外茶叶美白功效的文献,从黑色素的合成过程、美白作用调节机理和茶叶提取物的美白作用三方面进行了综述,提出动物实验、病理学及毒理学等方面研究是未来开发茶叶提取物美白产品的研究方向,展望了茶叶美白产品的前景。

Tea is a kind of health food that can be used for health and prevention of human diseases.It has a wide range of biologicalactivities. This paper summarizes the literature on the whitening effect of tea in recent years and describes the synthesis of melanin,whitening effect regulating mechanism and a tea extract whitening effect;and proposes experimental animals, pathology and toxicologyresearch is the research direction in the future development of tea extract whitening products and the prospect of the future of tea whiteningproducts.
