高校惩治和预防腐败体系的实效性研究取得一定的进展,但是,在构建和完善这个体系方面,还需要进一步研究。高校学术腐败问题直接关系到中国学术形象,学术进步的重中之重,本研究综合整理防治高校学术腐败的有效措施,以期达到预防学术腐败,重建学术规范、创造有序的学术环境、塑造良好的中国学术形象的目的。

The system of punishing and preventing corruption in colleges and universities the effectiveness of theprogress of the research has been made,but,in the aspect of building and perfecting the system,further research is needed.The university academic corruption has been related to Chinese academic image,the key of the academic progress.Thisstudy comprehensive effective measures for prevention and control of academic corruption in colleges and universities,toprevent academic corruption,reconstruction of academic norms,to create an orderly environment,shaping a good imageof Chinese academic purpose.
