大型仪器作为高校教学和科研的重要工具,提升大型仪器资源的管理水平,充分提高大型仪器的共享利用效率,对于发挥大型仪器使用效益有着重要的意义。从高校大型仪器管理和使用的现状入手,分析了造成高校大型仪器使用效率低下的原因,并从建立完善的监督考核机制、设立开放基金、加强实验人员队伍建设以及建立仪器信息共享平台等方面提出了相应的对策措施。

Large equipment as an important tool for teaching and scientific research in universities,enhance themanagement level of large equipments and resources,fully improve the large instrument shared utilization efficiency,toplay a large instrument efficiency has important significance. This paper starts from the current status of the use andmanagement of large instruments in universities,analyzes the cause for large instruments in universities use inefficient,and put forward corresponding countermeasures from establishing perfect supervision and evaluation mechanism,settingup open fund,strengthening construction of experimental team and establishing instrument information sharingplatform.
