Investigation and Guidance of Medical Undergraduates' Ideological Status under the Condition of "Resident Standardized Training"

在"住院医师规范化培训"新形势下,对我校医学本科生的思想状况进行系统调查,客观分析。调查结果显示在"住院医师规范化培训"新形势下,医学本科生出现种种负面现象。本文针对这些负面影响提出相应的参考性建议,引导医学本科生做出正确的人生规划,并为今后我校学生管理和教育提供新的思路和启发。

Under the new situation of "resident standardized training",the systematic investigation and objectiveanalysis are carried out on the ideological status of medical undergraduates in our university. The survey results showthat under the new situation,the medical students have all kinds of negative phenomena. This paper in view of thesenegative phenomenon,put forward relevant suggestions,which may guide medical undergraduate students to make aproper life planning,and provide new ideas and inspiration for the future management for school.
