摘要
近几年,出现了大量本科毕业生进入企业后难以适应工作需求、在工作岗位上不能很快体现自我价值的现象。通过食品工艺课程群的建设,提高学生对相关知识的掌握,培养学生的实践能力和创新能力,以适应社会对人才的需求。
In recent years,a large number of college graduates enter the enterprise were difficult to adapt to job requirements,and couldn't achieve self-worth quickly in the work. Through the construction of food technology curriculumgroup,it could improve students' mastery of knowledge and cultivate their practice ability and innovation abilityto adapt to the social demand for talents.
