摘要 经济社会日渐发展促使人们对人才的要求越来越高,这就使得人们更加重视教育,幼儿教育得到了人们越来越高的重视,同时高校学前专业也受到热烈的欢迎。由于市场化理念影响促使高校并没有重视培养学生综合素质,教学缺乏实用性以及针对性,实际的教学效果并不是非常理想。本文对学前教育专业人才培养目标作了分析,针对学前教育专业人才培养存在的问题提出培养对策,为提升学前教育专业教学效率打下良好的基础。 Social economy increasingly development urges the people of talent have become increasingly demanding,which makes people pay more attention to education,early childhood education get the attention of peoplemore and more high,while the pre-school majors in Colleges and universities has been warmly welcomed. Due tothe market-oriented philosophy influenced high school did not attach great importance to the cultivation of students'comprehensive quality,lack of teaching practical and targeted,practical teaching effect is not very ideal. This paper onpreschool education professional training objectives are analyzed,for preschool education professional training existingproblems develop strategies for promote the preschool education major teaching efficiency and lay a good foundation.
