试论任职教育质量管理

On the Quality Management of the Post Education

在新技术广泛应用的情况下,用人单位对任职人员的要求也越来越高,为了满足用人单位的要求,使得任职教育事业不断发展起来,因此其需要受到人们的重视。在任职教育事业发展的过程中,其教育质量是当前人们最关心的问题。为了让任职教育事业的教学质量有所提高,针对任职教育教学的实际情况,从任职教育的课程建设、教学建设和教员队伍建设三方面分析了质量问题出现的原因,下面就任职教育质量方面的策略做了简单分析。

Under the new technology is widely applied,the employer requirements of professional personnel is alsogetting higher and higher,in order to meet with the requirements of the employer,the professional education is the causeof the continuous development,so it needs attention by people. In the process of serving the development of education,the quality of education is the most concerned problem. In order to make the office of education teaching quality can beimproved,for office of education and teaching the actual situation,from the office of education curriculum construction,teaching building and the construction of faculty in three aspects analysis the causes of quality problems,the followingworking quality of education the strategy to do a simple analysis.
