摘要
目的:探讨病例教学在临床寄生虫学教学中的应用效果。方法:以医学检验本科班学生为研究对象,采用传统教学和病例教学两种方法,通过学生的单元测试和问卷调查情况,探讨病例教学在临床寄生虫学教学中的应用效果。结果:病例教学法学生单元测试成绩高于传统常规教学,差异有统计学意义。结论:病例教学能有效提高教学质量、激发学生学习兴趣、加强学生综合应用能力等优点,值得推广借鉴。
Objective:To investigation the application value of clinical case-based in clinical parasite labortary eduation.Method:To test undergraduate medical students as the object of study by two methods of traditional teaching andcase teaching,by students of the unit test and questionnaire survey situation of case teaching in clinical parasitologyteaching application effect. Results:The resultof experimental group was better than that of control group. Conclusion:Case-based teaching mehod helps to mobilize students'learning enthusiasm,improve students'ability of comprehensiveanalysis,practical skills,innovative ability and communication skills,which are generally recognized by students andteachers and can be promoted.
