院校主导型职教集团自身造血路径研究——大连市现代服务职业教育集团实践探索

院校主导型职教集团如何通过自主造血实现企业与学校双赢与集团的可持续发展是理论和实务界尚未破解的难题,笔者以大连市现代服务职业教育集团为研究对象,探索出校企以项目申报方式争取财政资金促进集团可持续发展,创设以"珍奥商学院"为实践对象的校企"双螺旋"人才培养模式,创新生产经营型共享实训基地,争取集团法人主体地位等有益于集团自身造血的路径,并在实践中取得显著成效。
