浅谈高校学生党员的创新培养模式

A Brief Analysis of An Innovative Cultivating Pattern for Student Party Members

大学生党员是党组织中的年青队伍,也是最具活力和潜力的队伍,他们的先进性在大学生中起到示范性作用,因此高职院校基层党组织在学生的党员的培养中起到至关重要的作用。本文从创新学生党员的培养方式出发,以提高学生党员的党性修养、发挥"一个党员一面旗"为总体目标,论述学生学员的"阶梯式"培养。

The college student CPC member is the youth team of the whole communist party,as well as the dynamic and potential of students.Their progressiveness plays an exemplary vanguard role in college students.Therefore,the basic level party organizations in higher vocational colleges play a crucial role in the education of the Party members among the students.The education mode of the student party members is innovated in this paper.The overall goal of this paper is improving the cultivation of the Party member,and is playing the role of”A party member is a flag”.The staged education mode of the college student party members is discussed in this paper.
