摘要
针对目前高校讲授式课堂所面临的挑战及存在的问题,在了解了"对分课堂"基本理念的基础上,在《路基工程》课堂教学过程中选择了部分内容实践了"对分课堂"。通过实践感受到了"对分课堂"可以使老师充分了解学生的学习难点,可以拓展老师的思维,可以促进学生思维能力的发展,可以增强教师的职业成就感,真正实现"教学相长"。在此基础上,总结了实践过程中存在的问题及应对措施,调查了学生对"对分课堂"的实践效果的反馈。
Directed against the existed problem and challenge of the lectural-style class in the university,based on the theory of the PAD (Presentation –Assimilation-Discussion) class,some contents of the Subgrade Engineering were selected to practice the Pad class.Practice has proved that the PAD class has many advantages,such as make teacher know the difficult for students more clearly,develop the thoughts of the teacher,promote the thoughts development of the students,strengthen the career success sense of the teacher.Through the PAD class,teaching benefits teachers as well as students.During the practice,some problems and solve methods were summed up.At the same time,the feedback of the students for the PAD class were surveyed.
