独立院校学业导师制度的实践与探索——以北京工商大学嘉华学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 学业导师制度在人才培养过程中扮演着重要角色,独立学院的办学定位决定其导师制度的实施要有鲜明的群体性特征。要提高其实践性和可操作性,突出独立学院应用型人才为主的培养目标,就需要在指导主体、指导方式以及激励制度等多方面具有特色。本文在两次问卷调查的基础上,总结了导师制度实行两年以来的经验,希望为独立学院导师制度的实施提供借鉴。 Undergraduate tutorial system is playing an dispensable role in talent cultivation.The orientation of running independent college decides that the implementation of the tutorial system will have the group characteristics.For the purpose of improving the practicality and manipulability,as well as highlighting the training application-oriented talents,it is necessary to have features on the aspects of guidancesubjects,tutor instruction methods and incentive systems and so on.On the basis of two questionnaire surveys,the author has summarized two-yearexperience of tutorial system in our college,and hopes that paper will provide references on the feasibility of tutorial systemin independent college.
