摘要
本文针对化工类全日制专业硕士培养过程中存在的校内外导师脱节、学位论文缺乏创新、评价体系单一等问题,构建"三位一体"双导师制培养模式,充分发挥校内外导师的协同培养作用,全面提高化工类全日制专业硕士工程实践能力。
In this paper,the present problems in the training of full-time chemical professional master,such as internal and external mentor disjointing,dissertations without innovation,single evaluation system and other issues were considered.A "trinity" dual tutorial training mode was proposed to give full play to the internal and external mentor role of collaborative innovation,comprehensively improving the practice ability of full-time chemical professional masters.
