分析了食品科学与工程专业实践教学中存在的问题,从增加实践教学比例、建立高水平的创新型实践教学队伍、加大实践教学经费投入、重视大学生科技创新活动、加强校企合作等方面入手,进行食品科学与工程专业应用型人才培养的实践教学改革与探索。

The paper analyzes the Existing problems in Practical Teaching of Food Science and Engineering.Accordingly,it presents some ideas as to increase the proportion of practical teaching and the establishment of innovative practice teaching of high level team,increasing practice teaching funds,paying attention to students' science and technology innovation activities and strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,cultivating students' practicable ability and innovative spirit.
