95后大学生思想政治教育模式的探索与研究

当代95后大学生性格特点鲜明,主要表现为缺乏独立性、自私;心理素质差,遇事容易极端;网络成瘾、手机控严重,针对以上95后大学生的特点,通过改变辅导员的工作方法,采用谈心谈话建立与学生之间的信任感,适当地开展激励教育模式,同时利用网络媒体开展工作,提高辅导员职业素养,不断探索有效的思想政治教育的模式。

Students were born after 1995 are full of distinctive individual characteristics,such as reliance,selfishness,poor psychological quality,extreme behavior,net habituation,mobile phone habituation.According to these characteristics above,via changing tutors working method,talk with students with heart so that we can obtain students' trust,implement encouraging education pattern appropriately,meanwhile,work by virtue of the internet.In this way,tutors professional ability can be enhanced,and more efficient ideological and political education patterns can be found and implemented.
