“互联网+”背景下基于远程教育的军队成人教育模式探讨

Research on Army Adult Education Model Based on Distance Learning in the Background of "Internet+"

军队成人教育是提高军人素质和培养军事人才的重要教育方式。传统面授教育模式的统一性和单调性不能满足成人教育的需求。为适应信息化背景下培训发展的新趋势,本文从军队成人教育的现状出发,针对军队成人教育的特点,论述远程化教学在成人教育教学应用的必要性,提出了从教学内容出发,将在线课堂教学模式、基于信息技术平台的自主学习模式和探索性模式相结合的多模式构建策略,旨在为军队成人教育质量的提高和可持续发展提供理论保障。

Arm adult education is the important education model of improving military quality and training military talents.The unity and monotone of traditional model of education can not satisfied with the need of adult education.In order to adapt to the new trend of developing the training under the background of informatization,this paper,starting from the present situation of the army adult education,according to the characteristics of the army adult education,discusses the necessity of the remote teaching in the application of adult education,puts forward starting from the teaching content,builds the multi-model combination with the online classroom teaching model,autonomous learning model based on the information technology platform and exploratory model,aims at the providing theoretical guarantee for the improvement of the quality of adult education in the army and sustainable development.
