摘要
本文分析了幼儿园随机教育即时性与偶然性、情境性与应对性、广泛性与多样性、生成性与差异性等特征,归纳幼儿教师随机教育的几种表现:对幼儿敏锐的观察、对情境的智慧判断、对细节的及时捕捉、灵活机智的应变、奇异巧妙的创新,提出了提升幼儿教师随机教育水平的建议:重视准备工作,做有准备的教师、做有心人,积累"条件产生式"、增强问题意识,养成反思习惯、关注幼儿反应,做善于观察的教师。
This essay analyzes the immediacy and contingency,situation and response,universality and diversity,creativity and different characteristics of the random education in the kindergartens. By inducing several manifestations of random education,such as preschool teachers' keen observation,the wisdom of the situational judgment,the dexterity of strain,timely capture,novel innovation,the essay puts forward some suggestions to promote preschool teachers' random education level like attaching great importance to the preparatory work,being a well-prepared and considerate teacher,accumulating conditional production,enhancing the problem consciousness,forming the reflection habit and paying attention to children's reaction,which helps make you an observant teacher.
