摘要
微格教研是借鉴微格教学的主要理念与技术手段,将用来"学习教学"的微格教学发展为"研究教学"的一种教研活动形式。微格教研视域下,体现和重视的是教师的合作、实践,而这恰于教师学习共同体建设关键不谋而合。藉此,我们思考,在微格教研视域下,应当如何进行幼儿园教师学习共同体建设,促进教师专业发展呢?笔者以此展开论述,探讨当此境况幼儿园教师学习共同体建设的具体策略,期于具体工作有指导、借鉴价值。
Micro teaching is reference of Microteaching main concepts and techniques,will be used to "learning" teaching microteaching development for "teaching and research" of a kind of research activities.Micro teaching from the perspective of that representation and attention is the cooperation of the teachers,practice,the teacher learning community building key coincide.Thereby,we think,in the micro teaching from the perspective of,when how kindergarten teachers learning community construction,and promote the professional development of teachers?based on this,this paper discusses the study when this situation of kindergarten teachers in learning strategies for community building,in specific work guidance,reference value.
