摘要
男生加入幼教行业备受社会关注,但同时也带来了许多困惑。通过调查显示:幼儿园欢迎男幼师,甚至把男幼师当作招生广告;而在实际幼儿园中,男幼师通常只被要求上体能课,他们无法发展其他方面的优势;女幼师则希望男幼师参与幼儿园更多的活动。同时,家长呼唤男幼师,他们普遍认为男幼师能弥补女幼师在发展幼儿个性品质方面的不足。课题组针对不同的社会期待,结合男幼师的现实处境,提出了相应的思考和建议。
The boys to join the preschool education industry has attracted many attentions of the society,but also brought a lot of confusion. Through survey:welcome male kindergarten teachers,and even the male teachers as a recruitment advertisement;In actual kindergarten,male teachers are usually only are required to fitness class,they are not able to develop other aspects of the advantage;Female teachers hope male teachers to participate in the activities of the kindergarten more. At the same time,parents call male teachers,they generally believe that male teachers can make up for the female teachers in terms of the quality of children's personality development. Research in view of the different social expectations,combined with the reality of male teachers,puts forward the thinking and suggestion.
