衔接住院医师规范化培训下的中医临床卓越医师培养模式的构建

The Research for Training Excellent TCM Physicians by Standardized Training of Residents

中医院校作为中医药事业发展的中坚力量,随着《中医药事业发展"十二五"规划》的出台,中医高校发展进入了一个蓬勃发展的新时期。其中提出的"与住院医师规范化培训衔接,七年制临床医学教育调整为‘5+3’一体化培养"的方案,促使中医药人才培养模式的变革。因此,如何完善中医医师的培养体系,高度对接"规陪",达到培养卓越中医师的临床要求,是最为重要的一环。

For traditional Chinese medicine colleges,a new period of rapid development had come with the central file published—<Development of traditional Chinese medicine in "Twelfth Five-Year Plan">. In this file,a new training mode had been proposed for TCM graduate education that evolving the Seven-Year Training to "5+3" integration Training by cohesion of resident standardization training. The most important process were how to improve the training system of TCM,how to merge the resident standardization training into TCM education smoothly,and how to achieve the training aim of excellence TCM.
