基于产学研合作教育的技术应用型人才培养实践教学体系建设研究

Based on the Technology of Cooperative Education of Applied Talents Training Practice Teaching System Construction Research

近年来,随着高校扩招、企业体制转型等因素的影响,学生就业形势越来越严峻,传统的实践教学模式已不能满足实际需要。因此,构建应用型人才实践教学体系,探索新的能力培养模式,将企业实际项目作为理论教学和实践教学的重要组成部分,积极推进产学研用合作教育,是目前实践教学改革中一项重要的工作。

In recent years,with the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,the enterprise system transformation,the influence of such factors as students' employment situation more and more serious,the practice of the traditional teaching mode can not meet the actual needs. Build a applied talents practice teaching system,therefore,to explore new models of ability training,the enterprise actual project as an important part of theory teaching and practice teaching,with the cooperation of production,study and research actively promote education,the practice teaching reform is a important work.
