冶金专业英语教学改革探究

Study on the reform of the Metallurgical English Teaching

学术研究与国际交流的增多对冶金从业人员的英语能力提出了更高的要求,冶金专业英语"阅读+翻译"式的传统教学模式已不再适用。本文结合调研与教学实践对冶金专业英语教育现状以及改革模式提出了新思路。

The increase of the academic research and the international communication lead to a higher demand on the English competence of the professional in the field of metallurgy. So the traditional teaching method which is only consists of reading and translation is not applicable. The reform in the teaching practice is analyzed combined with the information obtained in the investigation. New thoughts on the present condition and reform mode is proposed.
