摘要
随着高等教育由"精英化"走向"大众化",大学在校本科学生数量呈现出倍数增长态势,伴随而来的是人才培养也显露出"流水线生产"的弊端。本文从学生管理这一人才培养的重要环节出发,立足于学生需求的多面性,初步探讨大学班导师的果效发挥问题。
Along with the transition of higher education from the type of elite to that of popularization,the number of undergraduate students in university shows multiples growth.So the talent cultivation also shows the disadvantages of "production line". This article explores fromthe student management—an important part of the talent training,and preliminary discusses the work of the class adviser at the university based on the student multifaceted demand.
