新建地方本科院校创新创业人才培养模式探析

Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent-Training Model for New Local Colleges

近年来,创新创业教育在国内各高校如火如荼的展开。针对新建地方本科院校在转型发展过程中,人才培养模式在创新创业方面面临的困境,提出了通过加强宣传力度、申报项目和参加比赛、利用网络优质资源等加强大学生创新创业教育的方法,进而分析了优化课程设置、改变教学模式、建立健全机制等创新人才培养模式构建的思路。

In recent years,innovation and entrepreneurship education is in full swing in domestic universities. In view of difficulties for innovation and entrepreneurship talent training in the process of transformation development of new local colleges,the method for strengthening the innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students is proposed through strengthening propaganda,declaring projects,participating in the competition,and utilizing high-quality network resource,etc.. The thinking of constructing innovation and entrepreneurship talent training mode is analysed by optimizing curriculum settings,changing the teaching mode,establishing and perfecting the mechanism.
