针对新疆建设兵团新时期发展的人才需求,结合塔里木大学所处新疆南疆地区的地理和社会环境,分析了塔里木大学工程训练中心建设的必要性和重要意义。并从工程训练中心基础设施、师资队伍、实训设备、教学模式、管理运行模式以及工程训练中心建设后总生学时等方面分析塔里木大学工程训练中心建设成区域性工程训练中心是可行的,也是必要的。

In view of the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps demand for talent development in the new era,combined with the Tarim University the geographical and social environment of Xinjiang,analysis the Tarim University Engineering Training Center construction necessity and significance;analysis of engineering training center infrastructure,teachers,training equipment,teaching mode,management mode and Engineering Training Center construction from the total hours of Tarim University Engineering Training Center construction area of engineering training center is feasible and necessary.
