摘要
力量训练是身体功能训练的重要组成部分。在不同的运动项目中,身体功能训练发挥着重要的作用,它是提高运动员身体素质、运动成绩的重要途径之一。然而,不同的运动项目的力量训练有其各自的特点。本研究以排球运动项目为切入点,以排球专项队的力量训练为研究对象,针对力量训练中的现状予以分析研究。以期为排球专项队的力量训练提供有效的借鉴。
Strength training is an important part of the body functional training.In different sports,Body functional training plays an important role.It is an important way to improve the athletes' physical fitness and athletic performance in sports.However,different sports strength training has its own different characteristics.In this study,volleyball sport as an entry point,with special strength training volleyball teamas the research object,To be analyzed for strength training status quo.Volleyball teamwith a view to the special forces training provided validity of reference.
