基于高等教育改革的地方本科高校教师专业发展研究——以南阳理工学院为例

摘要 针对我国高等教育的改革,本文以南阳理工学院为背景,从教师专业化发展的特点出发,就当前南阳理工学院在教师专业化方面存在的问题进行调查,指出当前南阳理工学院在教师专业发展方面自主意识比较淡薄、方向出现失衡、发展制度不健全和功利化心理严重等问题。针对这些问题,本文从国家、学校和教师等层面提出解决的方式,从而提高南阳理工学院本科教师的专业发展水平。 According to the needs of the reform of higher education in our country,the paper takes Nanyang institute of technology as the background,from the characteristics of the professional development of teachers,the Nanyang institute of technology in the presence of the professionalization of teachers are investigated,which the Nanyang institute of technology in teacher professional development aspects of the independent consciousness is weak,the imbalance direction and development system is not perfect and the utility of serious psychological problems. In the view of these problems,the paper puts forward three ways to solve the problemfromthe national level,school level and teacher level,so as to improve the professional development of Nanyang institute of technology undergraduate teachers.
