以大爱精神为导向 加强大学班级建设——论大学班主任在新时期班级软文化建设中的作用

Guided by the Spirit of Great Love,Strengthen the Construction of College Classes——The Role of University Class Director in the Construction of Class Soft Culture

大爱是大学的根本,是大学文化的精髓和核心。营造健康、和谐、优雅的班级文化氛围是实现学生成长成才的有效途径。以大爱精神为导向,加强大学班级软文化建设,就是以学生为根本,关注学生的身心健康,促进学生全面发展。论文阐述了大爱精神与大学班级文化之间的关系,分析了大学班主任在班级文化建设中的作用,从四个方面论述了班级管理工作中采取的措施,并针对班主任工作中存在的问题提出了解决方法。

Great love are the fundamental of university,the essence and the core of the university culture. Creating a healthy,harmonious and elegant class culture is an effective way to help the growth and development of undergraduates.In guiding by the spirit of great love,strengthening the construction of college classes,the undergraduates are the fundamental,we should care undergraduates' physical and mental health,and promote comprehensive development of undergraduates.In the paper,the relationship between the spirit of great love and class culture was described;the role of class teacher in class cultural construction was analyzed;the measures taken in class management were discussed from four aspects;the solving methods are proposed according to the existing problems in class teacher work.
