摘要
目的结合柯氏模型,探讨能级护士培训效果评估的实施方法。方法通过四级培训评估理论,结合本院实际,分析柯氏模型在能级护士培训过程中的具体实施方法。结果采用柯氏评估模型层次分明,具有较好的系统性和完整性。结论培训效果评估应根据培训目标采取科学的评估模式与方法,并坚持实际操作的可行性和评估效果的有效性相结合,以获得真实、准确的评估结果。
Objective Combine with Kirkpatrick Model to discuss ways of the nurse training effectiveness in advanced level mode evaluation. Methods Through the fourth levels evaluation theory,and bonding our hospital's condition,analyze Kirkpatrick Model's concrete implement during training of advanced level. Results Kirkpatrick Model has well-bedded trait and better systematicness and completeness. Conclusions Training effect assessment should adopt evaluation models and methods scientifically,and insist feasibility of actual operation,availability of evaluated effect,to get true and exact results.
