目前我国本科院校面临着从研究型人才培养向应用型人才培养的转型发展。我们应参照德国"双元制"人才培养模式,主动寻求政府支持,全面融入地方社会经费发展,深入结合行业企业,通过更新办学观念、改革课程体系、加强师资队伍及实践教学条件建设等一系列改革,全面提升应用型人才培养质量。

At present,our country undergraduate colleges and universities are faced with the transformation and developmentfrom the research talent training to the application oriented personnel training. We should refer to the German"dual system" personnel training mode,take the initiative to seek government support,fully integrated into the localcommunity development funds,further combining with the industries and enterprises,through the update the concept ofeducation,curriculum reform,strengthen teaching conditions for the construction of teaching staff and practice,a series ofreform,to enhance the application type talents training quality.
