论高校培养“一技之长”人才的必要性及途径

Necessity and Ways of Training Talents with "Speciality" in Universities

本文针对目前高等院校部分大学毕业生就业难的现象,在分析其原因的基础上,提出:大学教育更应当努力强化专业教育,更应当把培养大学生的"一技之长"作为对国家、社会、家庭和学生负责的永恒的核心主题。"一技之长"不仅不否定"德智体全面发展",更不否定"博学多才",而且,后两者的存在是获取"一技之长"的基础条件和原动力,"一技之长"更是体现一个人"德智体全面发展"和"博学多才"的最高境界。人类科学的原始创新需要有"一技之长"的人才,社会的基础建设和更高层次的消费体系建设都需要有"一技之长"的人才,"一技之长"更是大学生适应社会需求、谋职谋生的护身符。高等学校应当成为培养具有高素质"一技之长"人才的圣地。高等学校应从招生到学生毕业进行全过程和全方位的体制更新和改革,并创新出一套更加有利于大学生自觉成长为一名具有"一技之长"的"双向预选择型"人才的管理机制和教学环境。

To solve the problemof graduate unemployment,the article,basing on the analysis of reasons,presents thatthe college education should strengthen professional education,should always put training "specialty" of college studentas the eternal theme of responsibility the country,the society and the students. The "specialty" does not deny "all-arounddevelopment" and "knowledgeable",and the latter two are the foundation and motivation of obtaining "professionalspecialty". Furthermore,"specialty" is the highest individual "all-around development" and "knowledgeable". The originalinnovations of human science,social infrastructure and high-end consumption system both needs talents with "specialty","specialty" is the protective talisman of graduates to meet the needs of society and employment. Universityshould become the holy land to train high-quality "specialty" talents,renew the education system from admission tograduation,and innovate the management mechanism and teaching environment to be benefit to college students being"specialty" and "two-way pre-selection".
