较成功的中等职业技能竞赛梯队不仅可以取得优异的竞赛成绩,更重要的是能体现职业技能竞赛的价值,能体现职业技能竞赛的内涵。然而,职业技能竞赛梯队的建设会受到多方面因素的制约及影响,可分为内部因素和外部因素,其中内部因素又包括梯队文化和梯队制度等多方面;外部因素包括如当地经济等多方面。在梯队建设过程中,我们只有充分认识并利用这些因素,梯度队建设才可能更加完善,才能可持续发展,才可能为职业竞赛锦上添花。

However,the echelon building in the professional skills competitioncan be influenced by many factors. The paper will analyze the inner factors and the outside factors. The outside factorsthat influence the echelon building include the political,economy and cultural factors. The inner factors refer to theechelon structure,echelon organization,echelon systemand echelon culture.
