摘要
从本科学习到研究生学习的转变中,阶段与阶段之间的过渡是否紧密合理,直接影响到研究生阶段的教育质量。从本科学习到研究生学习是一种由"教授指导型学习"转化为"自主发现型学习"的过程,两种学习模式的差异体现出本硕衔接教育问题的必要性。本文根据我国艺术设计类研究生教育现状,结合课题组近几年来在研究生教育方面的实践与探索,从以下三个方向展开论述:第一是以学生为主体的人群定位,包括本科学生后续教育的跟进以及研究生的始业教育问题;第二是以教师为主体的探究,包括教学计划和培养办法的制定衔接,教育时事的掌握、教师自身与时俱进的提升;第三是以学校为主体展开的研究,涉及到学校的教学计划、教育方法的制定和实施衔接等。在此基础上分析问题、解决问题,启迪业界关注艺术设计类本硕衔接教育的重要性和实际意义。
From undergraduate to graduate studies, whether the cohesion is reasonable directly affects the quality of education. The change from graduate education to undergraduate education is also a kind of process from "professor guide learning" to "independent discovery learning", and the differences of two learning models reflect the necessity to recognize the cohesion of them. In this paper, according to the situation of the graduate design education in our country, combining with the practice and exploration of our research group's in recent years, we put forward the study in three big directions:the first is taking students as the main studying body, including the follow-up undergraduate students and graduate students with initial education; The second is taking teachers as the main body, including the teaching plan and cultivation measures, as well as the teachers' positioning and self improvement; The third is taking the school as the main body, involving the school's teaching plan, the formulation and implementation of education method and so on. On the basis of this, we try to find the methods to solve the problem, and let more and more educators to realize its importance and significance.
