摘要
普通高校大学生就业时会遭遇到第一学历歧视,他们承受着工作能力公众污名和自我污名的双重压力。这让普通高校大学生在就业时困境重重:缺少公平竞争的机会、消极对待求职机会、缺乏努力奋斗的动力。通过法律手段为大学生营造公平的就业环境、用人单位消除偏见、学校为学生进行就业指导、普通高校大学生提升自己的实力是破解这些困境的重要对策。
When the general college students apply for a job, they usually experience educational background discrimination. The public have public stigma to the general college students’ working ability, and the general college students have self-stigma to themselves. The dilemmas of the general college students’ employment include lacking the chance of fair competition, negatively treating job opportunities and lacking the power of working hard.Creating a fair employment environment by law, eliminatingtheprejudice, carrying out career guidance, working hard by themselves are key solutions to deal with the dilemmas.
